Job Description
- Lead architectural designs from concept through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Manage design deliverables, schedules, and budgets, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, and other consultants to achieve integrated design solutions
- Interface with consultants, operators, and stakeholders, presenting design proposals and resolving design issues
- Conduct and manage structured Review of deliverables received from Designers / Consultants including review of drawings, specifications, and site work for design intent, code compliance, and constructability
- Support contractor coordination during construction, including RFIs, submittals, site inspections, and design clarifications
- Mentor other junior team members and contribute to design quality in the team.
Skills Description
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Strong design sensibility, supported by a portfolio of delivered projects
- Proven hands-on project management and design management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading the full design lifecycle, from concept to construction administration
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard design and presentation tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality and residential projects
- Professional license or registration preferred
- Experience working with international brands or operators
- Familiarity with regional codes and authority approval process
