Project Manager

• Lead architectural designs from concept through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Manage design deliverables, schedules, and budgets, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, and other consultants to achieve integrated design solutions
• Interface with consultants, operators, and stakeholders, presenting design proposals and resolving design issues
• Conduct and manage structured Review of deliverables received from Designers / Consultants including review of drawings, specifications, and site work for design intent, code compliance, and constructability
• Support contractor coordination during construction, including RFIs, submittals, site inspections, and design clarifications
• Mentor other junior team members and contribute to design quality in the team.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Strong design sensibility, supported by a portfolio of delivered projects
• Proven hands-on project management and design management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading the full design lifecycle, from concept to construction administration
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard design and presentation tools
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Experience in hospitality and residential projects
• Professional license or registration preferred
• Experience working with international brands or operators
• Familiarity with regional codes and authority approval process
