Job Description

1. Direct and coordinate strategic and operational plans to meet current and future information and technology needs for the company

2. Guide analysis, planning, evaluation, design and implementation of Information Systems that address business issues.

3. Scout for IT and technical implementation partner relationships and oversee business case preparation, analysis, evaluation and contracting of potential partnership opportunities

4. Provide strategic inputs on technological requirements of new projects under development.

5. Review the budget at regular intervals and appraise the Management on quality and quantum of utilization.

6. Promote company wide assimilation of IT infrastructure in day to day activities so as to optimize the utilization for the achievement of company’s objectives

7. Develop and maintain the company wide IT network and ensure connectivity of all malls under Management.

9. Manage the ICT, Security and BMS systems in the existing malls.

10. Operates a policy of fast resolution of problems, with a service-oriented approach throughout the Department and a service level agreement policy and putting procedures in place.

11. Guide the operating Departments in use of technology to solve business problems or create competitive advantage by promoting analytical and business skill approach to the end users and customers.

Skills Description

1. Minimum 10 years of experience of which 4-5 years of managerial experience of heading IT operations in a shopping center / real estate / hospitality business environment  or multi-location business exceeding 500 employees

2. Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Must have a strong sense of ownership to deliver department objectives and pursue professional development of self and team.
