HVAC Supervisor

1. Establish and recommend priority repair to the Chief Engineer.
2. Examine areas of the mall on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
3. Plan and oversee all HVAC related maintenance and repair work and develop an efficient system for dealing with emergency.
4. Monitor general repairs to Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning and general mechanical areas.
5. Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the property.
6. Order materials as needed and make recommendations of supplies and equipment for purchase with the approval of Chief Engineer and maintain necessary inventories.
7. Perform HVAC maintenance work and emergency repair services as necessary / required.
8. Conduct an ongoing program of general maintenance, upkeep, and repair with maintenance staff.
9. Maintain records and prepare reports
10. Be actively involved in Fitout inspection in coordination with RDD & Chief Engineer
11. Handle the investor / customer complaints within the timeline
12. Maintain the HVAC store inventory in coordination with Store Keep & concerned Engineer
13. Mentor staff to enhance their quality output
14. Perform any other tasks assigned by Chief Engineer.
15. Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general and Maintenance Department
16. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in upscale and large properties
